Please note: We do not rent out the church on weekends for non-member functions, and Beulah does not host non-member weddings.

 

The room reservation form (outside groups) may be filled out online and submitted by email to the Office Manager,  who will review your request.

 

There is a different form for use by Beulah Groups. Your reservation is complete only when you have received a confirmation email.  Depending upon the browser you use, or the age of your computer software, you may need to copy the form to your computer before you send it back as an attachment. 

 

Paper copies are available at the church.
