The Exceptional Friends Ministry has been in existence at Beulah Presbyterian Church for more than 30 years.

The group ministers to adults and teens with differing abilities.

Our Friends, between the ages of 16—50+, may have cognitive or spectrum disorders, physical limitations, Downs Syndrome etc.

In this accepting environment provided at Beulah Presbyterian Church, the Friends build and maintain Christian friendships with each other and their caring adult leaders.

Each individual is accepted for who God created them to be and experiences God’s unconditional love through interaction within the ministry.

Through Fellowship, Prayer, Musical Praise, Bible Study and sharing a meal, the Friends are able to experience and live out the Great Commandment: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind and your neighbor as yourself. (Luke 10:27)
