Reserving a room for your group
Many non-profit groups in our community meet at Beulah because it is so conveniently located near the PA Turnpike and just off of I-376 East. If you wish to book a room for your group, please consult our Facility Use Policies. The policies were updated in October of 2017 - if you saved a copy in the past, please be sure you have the most recent version.
Forms and Contacts
Please note: We do not rent out the church on weekends for non-member functions, and Beulah does not host non-member weddings. The room reservation form (outside groups) may be filled out online and submitted by email to the Office Coordinator, Lucinda Wiebe, who will review your request. There is a different form for use by Beulah Groups. Your reservation is complete only when you have received a confirmation email. Depending upon the browser you use, or the age of your computer software, you may need to copy the form to your computer before you send it back as an attachment. Paper copies are available at the church.
